I took two selfies of Jackson’s and ran them through Filters in iris, can’t recall which. I blended them using Blender. One is barely visible. I then used a photo I had of a woman and put the photo of a butterfly over her eyes on Juxtaposer. I blended the image of the woman and the images of Jackson in blender again. Cropped these in Squaready, ran through Scratchcam, and then in picfx used the sheen filter.

I used Segmentix to smooth it out, giving it a more painterly look.
I created a layer with Blurfx, totally blurred out
i layered it with Superimposer, and masked out the kids.
I then added that blurred layer back again, but at a lower opacity, so the kids were slightly blurred.
Last but not least, I played around with Photocopier for the right monochrome look, not certain which one I settled on for this though.
